collaborated with a baby sports product brand to customize lightweight hardware frames for baby balance bikes. Using 6063 aviation aluminum alloy, through five-axis linkage CNC machining and seamless welding processes, the frame weight is reduced by 40%, suitable for children aged 2-6 to ride, with a load-bearing capacity of 40kg, impact-resistant and not easy to break. The frame arc is optimized to fit the child’s riding posture, the handle interface is precise, suitable for different styles of anti-slip handles. The surface is anodized, scratch-resistant, wear-resistant and diverse in color, conforming to baby aesthetics. This customized frame helped the partner increase balance bike sales by 53% year-on-year, passed the international baby safety certification, and was exported to 25 countries around the world.
